If you run into any problems please ​call (818)475-7939 or go to our contact page to send us an email. If you need to cancel or change the date/times of your lifeguard or fun guard once booked, we do keep a deposit of half of the total. We will refund the other half back into your account.

Your party is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us! If you do not received a confirmation email, please reach out to ensure we received your order.  If we cannot provide you a lifeguard, we will refund you. 

If less than 72 hours in advance please or if booking for a Holiday,

please book in the Holiday/Late Book Lifeguard tab.
