What are the Regulations on the "No Lifeguard on Duty" Sign?

This might seem like something everyone should know this but there are a couple of rules that need to be followed when putting it up. Firstly, every pool needs this sign to be posted. If you do not have it and something happens you could be more at risk to be held liable. The no lifeguard on duty sign must be clearly seen from anywhere in the pool, have easy to read text and be 10.2 cm or 4" off the ground.

When you hire Cooksey's Lifeguard for your aquatic facility needs we make sure that you are up to date on all posted signage. We will take a stroll around your pool and facility to make sure that you have all of the equipment you need, like a Shepard's hook and lifesaver. We can even purchase or send you links to all of the things you are missing. Hiring Cooksey's means hiring a team that will take care of your facility.
